These terms cover the Agency Owner Workstyle Report from Prestige Plus LLC, doing business as Linq Collective (“Linq,” “I,” “me”). “You” means the person or business who buys it. When you check out, you agree to these terms. Our general Terms and Conditions also apply; if they differ, these terms win for the Workstyle Report.
1. What you get
For $595, one time, you get your Extended DISC assessment, your Workstyle Report, a recorded video debrief, and 2 weeks of Slack support.

Not included: VA matchmaking, assessments for your team members, live coaching calls, and support after your 2-week Slack window. These are separate services with their own agreement.
2. How it works
- You check out. Your payment confirms your spot.
- You get your assessment right away. Your payment confirmation email includes the Extended DISC site link and your access code.
- You take it. One sitting, 10 to 15 minutes, on your own. There are no right answers.
- I build your report. I turn your raw Extended DISC results into your Workstyle Report and share it with you as a Google Doc.
- You get your recorded debrief. I send a video walking you through your report. You keep the report, the video and the raw Extended DISC results.
- We put it to work. For 2 weeks, you can message me in Slack with questions or for help applying your results with your team.
3. Service levels
Here’s what I commit to, and when. “Business days” means Monday to Friday, Pacific Time, not counting US federal holidays.

Your results. Your report comes from your own answers, so there are no rewrites for different results. If your link or code doesn’t arrive, that’s the one thing I’ll always fix fast (see the table above).
If I’m late. If your report and debrief run more than 5 business days past the date above for a reason on my side, you can choose a full refund, even after you’ve used your access code.
Travel and time off. If I’ll be away during your timeline, I tell you before you start and give you new dates in writing.
Things outside my control. If Extended DISC’s system is down, or an emergency (illness, outage, natural disaster) delays me, I tell you as soon as I know and give you a new date. Your timeline pauses until we’re back on track.
4. Your part
My timeline depends on yours. The clock on my commitments starts when you’ve done your part.
- Take it yourself, in one sitting, and answer honestly. Your access code is for one person, so please don’t share it.
- Join the Slack channel when I invite you, so your support window is ready when your debrief arrives.
- Send your questions during your 2-week window. Support is for questions about your results and how to apply them. When the window closes, the service is complete.
5. Payment, refunds and cancellations
You pay the full $595 up front at checkout. Work starts once your payment clears.

To cancel, email support@linqcollective.com. I issue approved refunds within 2 business days, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Please email me before opening a chargeback. Most problems are faster to fix directly.
6. Confidentiality, data and ownership
Everything you share with me stays private: your results, your intake answers, what we talk about on calls, and anything about your team or business.
- I don’t share your information with candidates, other clients, or anyone outside Linq.
- Only team members who help deliver your report see it, and they’re bound by confidentiality too.
- Your answers are stored on Extended DISC’s platform under their own privacy policy. I don’t sell or share your data.
- I keep your report on file for 2 years so we can use it if you work with me on a VA search. Ask me any time and I’ll delete my copy.
Who owns what
- Extended DISC owns the copyright in its assessment and report content.
- Linq owns its report design, templates, and frameworks.
- You can use your report inside your business as much as you like. Please don’t resell, republish, or share it publicly.
How to use your report. It’s a tool for understanding how you work. It isn’t a test of skill, a performance review, or a diagnosis. Don’t use it as the only reason to hire, fire, discipline, or change anyone’s pay. Decisions about your team are yours. I’m an operations consultant, not a lawyer or HR advisor.
7. Legal basics
- Liability: my total liability under these terms is capped at what you paid for the report.
- Changes: I may update these terms for future purchases. The version on this page when you check out is the one that applies to you.
- Governing law: Washington State law applies, with any dispute handled in King County, WA.
- Business name: these terms are with Prestige Plus LLC, doing business as Linq Collective.
8. Agreement
